Inconsiderate

Be prepared to cover any damages you may incur from their faulty appliances. They will offer two suggestions: buy the stuff you lost with your own money or pay for your own renters' insurance so that your insurance pays for the damages; still out of your own pocket! at least some amount of remorse or consideration would be welcome.
