The Best!

My husband and I renewed our lease for year 2 without hesitation. We knew after moving in that Ashbrook by Broadmoor takes amazing care of their residents. The grounds are well maintained, maintenance is responsive, and the office staff are extremely friendly and communicative. The events that are organized throughout the year are always incredible and FREE! We love calling Ashbrook by Broadmoor our home.

Excellent place to live

The staff is amazing and always helpful, the apartments are really nice and there are free events like food trucks every few months which is really nice.

A Place to Call Home

I just renewed my lease at this apartment complex again going into year 8! It's a great place to call home with peaceful easy living. Maintenance and leasing office is always very responsive to any requests. The amenities such as garages, appliances, pool area, and in-unit washer and dryer can't be beat. It's also convenient to major roads and a great location for other nearby plazas and shopping for errands in South Lincoln, and a straight shot to downtown Lincoln on the Parkway. This is the… first apartment that I have stayed in so long due to the fact that it's so well maintained, feels like a home, and is in a convenient location. If you are looking for a new place don't hesitate, this is it!

Year 3!

I’ve lived at Ashbrook for two years now and it has been a wonderful community to live in. They are always putting on events for residents and going the extra mile when they get the chance. Great place to live!

A great place to call home

I’ve lived at Ashbrook for a year now and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time. We joined the waitlist and accepted an apartment through that, which is what I would suggest to do. There are lots of spacious layouts, the price is great for the location, maintenance is quick and I love the events the clubhouse puts on.
