Studio apartments are good. Maintenance is decent. Sometimes arriving same day as request. Appliances are outdated but you get what you pay for. Good place if you have a dog because there is only a 1 time fee.

I am going on my 4th year of living in my apartment at chateau. I absolutely love it here for many reasons. First being how spacious they make apartment living feel. Chateau also offers free basic cable and water, which is a huge plus! The apartment I live in is handicap accessible, which includes a elevator for those who need it, or simply to make your move in more convenient. Also, the apartment comes with a washer and dryer inside of the unit, another huge plus. The maintenance team is very... speedy to fix any issues, and also trustworthy. Chateau also offers great deals if you choose to sign another year living with them. You get a significant amount off of one months rent, along with a annually carpet cleaning. I current live in the Chateau townhouses and love it. The home has lots of storage and a huge master bedroom. Our townhome is a two story home that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a nice size living room/eating area, kitchen and laundry area. We don't have to pay a monthly fee for the washer and dryer which is a bonus. I love having my own garage with an automatic opener. We are allowed to paint which is nice because it makes our townhome feel like our own. There is a nice size yard and patio... looking out to a wooded area. There are always kids out playing and having fun and the neighbors are friendly. We are close to a walking trail and even some playgrounds put in place by our development. I love taking my step son to their Olympic sized pool, where he gets to play with many of the other kids in the area. They also have a gym which we can use for a 1 time small fee.
