Great Apartments

These apartments are great. They are a little older than some of the newer ones... but the price point is great for what you're getting. I love the key system and the secure entrances. I love the storage that the complex offers and also the staff. Maintenance is always taken care of promptly and the amenities are great. Would recommend.

Rent Hike!

This complex is under new management. I've lived here over a year, and the new rental agreement is a $95 increase from what I pay now. Renter beware. Filling all the leases is their only bottom line. Bad business for what use to be a great place to live.

Hello,
I'm sorry you had such an issue with your renewal. We never switched management companies and have always been with Century Sales & Management since we opened. Additionally, renewals are given by our owners and are decided after closely... looking at how long it has been since the tenant had an increase and also how far below market value that individual is. With the increase you are referring to, your actual renewal wasn't a $95 increase. We of course care a great deal about our residents and value their opinion. I wish you would've came in to discuss it with me and why you were getting an increase. I would have been happy to talk to you about it and work with you in anyway I could, but you didn't want to come into the office to discuss it. The increase charge also included cable which is a cost that goes to Spectrum for the service. We no longer do cable any more at the wish of our residents, to cut down on unnecessary costs. I hope that in the future you would consider living at Lexington Ridge again. We don't get negative feedback from our residents often and hopefully explaining that other factors come in to our decision when giving a renewal will help you understand the need for the increase. After all, we are a business and rely on that income to sustain as a business and offer great service, a wonderful place, and amazing amenities. We feel you won't find that just anywhere.

Lexington Ridge

I moved into Lexington Ridge for college. The front office people were so helpful when I toured and decided that this is where I want to live. This complex isn't located next to a college so not a lot of college kids live here but it isn't that far down the street if you wanted to live her for that purpose. It is quiet and I have never had any problems with noise. I would definitely recommend Lexington Ridge to anyone and it is definitely affordable!!

Excellent Apartment

We currently have the largest floor plan and have been here for roughly 2 years. The maintenance staff is always willing to fix issues and we love the location and the apartment. No noise issues as it's newer construction and the walls are fairly thick, all around a great place.

Quiet, beautiful, and affordable.

Lexington Ridge Apartments is a wonderful place to live! It's really quiet and in a great neighborhood with shops and restaurants near as well as schools and daycare. I love living here, the Apartments are so spacious for the price you pay and management is very kind and friendly!
