My girlfriend and I recently moved to Lincoln, Nebraska to start our physical therapy careers as we recently graduated in May. We love to be in the center of all the action, great bars, restaurants, concerts, and sporting events. Our location also offers easy commutes to work. We have only been in the Arena Lofts for about a month now, but we love it! We love the industrial feel of the apartment complex and all the exposed brick in our apartment. Our landlord has been nothing short of excellent... since the day we toured the apartments. He is quick with emails and getting on top of any sort of issues that we have come across. This building has great bones. It is in a great part of town and comes with some good amenities (washer/dryer, internet) however the building was definitely not ready for resident move in. The things that were supposed to be done before a move-in were not taken care and property management still has not responded to issues. Be ready hear music from the haymarket all night long (not a bad thing). Many college students and young professionals live here. Overall I just do not think management took... advantage of the great gem they have, which is a shame. Who knows in a couple years when all the problems are worked out, this could be THE place to live. Read More

Very nice appliances and finish with exposed brick. Great location next to many bars and restaurants. Some maintenance issues due to new construction.
