Don’t do it
I would give zero stars if I could.
The manager was rude during the walk-through and claimed the apartment wasn’t “in a position to view” just because there were two bags sitting inside. Parking was a nightmare—there were never any spots available.
The quality of construction was terrible. The screen door literally flew off in the middle of the night, the ceiling fan broke, and drawers fell apart. For half of my lease, the apartment smelled like rotten eggs.
When I moved out, they charged me... a fee for “missing keys” that were never removed, a cleaning fee, and even claimed there was floor damage—none of which was mentioned at the walk-through.
I emailed twice asking for an explanation about these charges, and they never bothered to respond.
Terrible management, poor quality, constant issues. I do not recommend living here.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, and we’d like to provide some clarification.
During the final walk-through, we noted that the apartment was still being cleaned, and we offered... to either return at another time or point out the areas typically reviewed. At that time, we explained that cleaning under appliances is part of the move-out requirements and identified some wall damage.
Regarding maintenance concerns, our records show a work order was submitted for the stove on July 18 at 4:52 p.m. and completed the following afternoon. We were not able to locate a request related to a broken drawer, or a broken ceiling fan, but we’re happy to look into those further if additional details are available. We encourage all residents to promptly submit maintenance requests so we can address issues quickly.
Following move-out, we provided the resident with a detailed email outlining the assessed damages, including photos, and an itemized list of charges. If there are any questions or concerns about that documentation, we’d be glad to review it together.
We understand that moving can be stressful, and we always strive to ensure residents are treated with fairness and respect throughout the process. We appreciate the feedback, as it will help us continue to improve our service.
Please feel free to reach out to our office if you’d like to discuss anything further. We’re here to help.
