Don’t go with Lund properties and hope you never need police discretely

have lived here for 2 years and the last year have dealt with neighbors that are excessively loud, and do drugs. Myself and other tenants have had to call the police over 11 times and yet they still live here. Management sent warnings but no follow through and said it’s all they can legally do. Police have no way to get in because there is no intercom system. Police have stated they do not have access to a notch box, that only fire do. Property management was under the impression that they have... access to Notch box. Lund company has been contacted, spoke with Tyler. Tyler was to call me back to follow up and never did. I left 5 voicemail messages that have gone unreturned. BBB is involved. I get standard pad answers and the problem still remains. Police have no ability to get in so hope you never need emergency services, or any help in general. Staff is kind (although seem unsupported from upper management , maintenance is very quick and the apartments are beautiful. I will never recommend Lund properties due to outrageously horrible business practices.

Awesome place to live!!!

The complex is clean, pride is taken in maintaining the property. Ashlynn and Nick are awesome and always available to help out. They take time to get to know their tenants and always have a smile on their face. If there is a problem, it is immediately taken care of. I would highly recommend these facilities.

DO NOT RENT HERE

The building looks nice and is in a great location. However, management does not reply to anything, and will not communicate anything to residents. They changed all the locks in an entire building to new fob ones with zero notification at all, where residents returned home from work unable to access their units and a closed office. I have had many things break and have had minimal to zero communication about repairs or updates after reaching out via phone and email several times. Management is... condescending and are okay with things being non-functioning for months before they will do anything. Over priced for a complex with no amenities yet, the worst management I’ve seen in all of the apartments I’ve been in, and things breaking weekly. Save yourself the hassle, rent literally anywhere else in town. DO NOT RECOMMEND however I am stuck in my year lease.
