    Don’t go with Lund properties and hope you never need police discretely

    have lived here for 2 years and the last year have dealt with neighbors that are excessively loud, and do drugs. Myself and other tenants have had to call the police over 11 times and yet they still live here. Management sent warnings but no follow through and said it’s all they can legally do. Police have no way to get in because there is no intercom system. Police have stated they do not have access to a notch box, that only fire do. Property management was under the impression that they have… access to Notch box. Lund company has been contacted, spoke with Tyler. Tyler was to call me back to follow up and never did. I left 5 voicemail messages that have gone unreturned. BBB is involved. I get standard pad answers and the problem still remains. Police have no ability to get in so hope you never need emergency services, or any help in general. Staff is kind (although seem unsupported from upper management , maintenance is very quick and the apartments are beautiful. I will never recommend Lund properties due to outrageously horrible business practices.
