How Is This Rating Determined?

Lived here since 2009, was 4 star until last two years

last two years we have been surprised with exponential rate increases.

A small increase is expected 70 dollars over the last two years is insane.

Apartment manager is great but the Management Company Dana Mann has made it obvious recently that they only care about money and not loyal tenants.
