I have been in this residence for a short time and I must admit that I feel very satisfied with the apartment and its amenities and I am happy to be part of this complex since it has a staff with great experience

I love love love the amount of space that I have for the dollar amount that I pay. I have only been living here 3 weeks and so far it has been fair. My neighbors aren't horribly loud or inconsiderate. The parking isn't bad, I always have a spot with a nice view of my vehicle from my apartment window. The staff have been kind so no complaints there. I do feel like my apartment could have been drastically cleaner upon move-in especially the carpet and the bathrooms and the kitchen cabinets and... cupboards. I haven't had huge maintenance needs. So far I am satisfied with my apartment.

Friendly front office. Email is my best way to communicate and manager always responds in a reasonable amount of time. Maintenance request was filled out and they were prompt with the issue. Overall good experience.

We have lived here for many years and all maintenance staff that have came have been wonderful!
As a resident that doesn't want all the amenities that most people do, we actually enjoy living here.
The downside is you get tenants that have out of control kids, smell of cigarettes and Marijuana in the hallway and the occasional laundry room being broken. Overall for the size of the apartment the price is reasonable.

So far other than the one issue I have with my carpet needing replaced. As a new tenant here at Evergreen Terrace . It has been quiet and I have some very nice neighbors.
