No way to contact. Issues take weeks to months to get fixed
-I have lived here for almost three years. Recently in the past 6 to 8 months, it has gone severely downhill. Getting a hold of the front office is impossible.
-The only way to talk to someone about a maintenance request that is over 4 weeks old is to call corporate and have them send an email to the main office. That takes multiple days to respond. It also took over two weeks to fix the air conditioner as well when it was getting close to 90 outside.
-Getting emails every month my renter’s... insurance is expired when it does not for another 4 months. I have uploaded and provided the documents multiple times now. Every month I have to call and complain otherwise they will try and add on another 11$ for their policy.
-My advice currently is to avoid this place at all cost. They recently raised all rent over 50$ a month. Many places around Omaha are much nicer for a similar price point they ask for now.
