Great Mgmt, Quiet, reasonably priced
After about a month living here can confirm that this apartment is worth the price! Beautiful brick wall structure. Clean common areas/hallway. Was looking for a loft with a more modern feel and FHL checks off all the boxes! Great, responsive, and friendly management and maintenance. I work from home and have never had any noise complaints! There are no “amenities” other than a gym- which is clean and well maintained, but you’re located near everything with a short walk or drive. 10/10!
