Embarrassed to bring guests home. Don’t movehere!

Can’t walk around grounds because there’s dog poop everywhere. Hesitant to open windows during warmer or cooler days because of the ubiquitous awful dog urine odor. Have to place a work order to request that trash be cleaned off the landscape, of all things! You’d think management would want to make a good visual impression, at least. Car’s not safe. Carpet installers lost/threw away my door mat. Have yet to return it. Management ignores my inquiries and requests to return it.

Agree: You get what you pay for & Don’t do it

If you like entryways that look and smell like barnyards, stepping in dog poop and dodging dog vomit on your way down or up to your apartment; your guests greeted with the same, if you adore trash strewn lawns, paying for an algae infested pool in which you can’t swim most of the summer, if you love the sight of an abandoned washer/drier sitting in the hallway( hope their isn’t a fire and folks panic) then this is the place for you. If I were a person of means would have been gone long ago. I… deeply regret having chosen this place to live. It is the worst and management does it’s best to ensure that it stays that way. No integrity or ownership taken.

Miss living here

This was probably the best complex I have lived in. I miss it so much. Shelly was always able to answer questions if she could not, she would find out the answers. Maintenance was always good and never had to wait long for things to get done. I would move back there for sure.

You get what you pay for

It’s a fine apartment for what you pay, and the maintenance staff comes really quickly. But, the people who live here are what make it difficult. There was dog poop in the hallway for a week, packages always get stolen if you ship them to your door, and the cops come at least once a week. Since I’ve lived here a garage exploded, a robbery suspect got chased to one of these apartments and 20 cop cars showed up, someone came through and hit 8 cars (totaling a few) and then fled, and the front door… of my building is shattered. The communal laundry works about 2/3 the time and Fox Valley doesn’t own it, so you have to contact a separate entity to get that fixed, and it takes a while. Inside your apartment is a good experience but everything else here is subpar.

My time here

It's an okay starter apartment. Slightly under okay. Walls are as thin as a dollar bill, when I first moved in dead bugs in my cabinet, tub was filthy, etc. I found a mouse in my apartment i instantly contacted the office and they put in a work order for ANT TRAPS. My neighbors are loud, there are dogs that don't stop barking, it's not a good peaceful place to live. And to top it all off within the THREE months I've lived here I found a mouse, my neighbors apartment got broken into, someone got… stabbed in the complex over, and it's just not worth it. Keep searching.
