This place is not well taken care of the price of the apartments goes up but it’s not worth living . You have to constantly remind the office to fix things . In my unit every winter the pipes burst so my kitchen floods with water . After they fix things they never clean up behind themselves . It’s a huge water issue over here . So if you don’t mind leaks 10 times a year this is the perfect place for you . Our apartment smells like weed the office doesn’t do anything about it . It’s just a... horrible place to live I wouldn’t recommend . The only thing they are good at is keeping up with pest control . In the past year there have been 2 different property managers, and getting in contact with them is not easy, especially when there is something that needs fixing. Place is not kept up well (crumbly building stairs, crumbling parking lot, very drafty patio doors, leaking roof issues in buildings and in the garages) and multiple residents have been forced to contact city housing enforcement on multiple occasions to get things taken care of. They do the bare minimum when it comes to caring for... these properties. 1 things I have not heard is pests being a problem, but I have heard of units having their ceilings cave in and dirty water filling their lights. Would NOT recommend unless last possible option, aren't worried about things not being fixed, and have no issues having to make certain repairs yourself while management puts you on the back burner. The outside of the buildings could use a lot of updating. There is a wasp problem as well. The renovated apartments are ok but they could've done a bit better with the preparedness
