Overflowing kitchen sink Maintenance came right away after I called to say my kitchen sink was overflowing all over my floor. He is new but did a great job. He was very courteous also. I really appreciate the quick service provided.

Untimely but quality! We inquired about a few issues upon moving in. Starting Monday, we requested services and were told for the following 3 days that maintenance would arrive later in that day. With persistence, they finally did end up arriving. Maintenance was kind, swift, and knowledgeable. They did not cut corners and they were honest. I hope in the future they can be more up front as far as communication goes. It seems we didn’t get a garage right away because they were servicing the... parking spaces surrounding it. Allowing for tenant understanding would be greatly appreciated!

Washer Fix We’re new so not really sure what constitutes emergency maintenance yet. Submitted request on Wednesday night and didn’t have anyone come out until the next Monday. But after that we had it fixed right away on Tuesday. Besides the initial delay it was sorted out very well and they were both very friendly!
