Steeplechase on Maple Apartamentos

The last 2 times I have renewed my lease, the front office has failed to finalize, then charged hundreds in fees for "month to month rent" and others. Maintenance is slow to respond to calls (3 months to fix a patio door that gets pulled open when windy even when locked DURING WINTER), the maintenance fixes are often quick jobs that don't last, and the apartments and kitchens in particular are outdated. There are reoccurring water main breaks (several a year) as well as a newly added fee for no... additional service this year along with the usual rent increases. Garage Repair My garage door was going up at an angle about a foot, this was off and on for months. Now, it seems to be working properly with the last repair. Fingers crossed it does not break again!

Rent raise It is hard to meet every year’s rent raise since I am retired and on a fixed income. I had to get a room mate so I could stay here, as I am unable to work any more.
