Do not rent from this place. This place is a big joke. Manager Mary is very rude and so is the corporate. I received the apartment and toilet pot covered in poop when I moved in. Manager Mary said cleaning it’s not happening. Corporate office Rodney said remove me from email chains and I let property manager decide. Tiles are broken. Shower is falling off. Carpet is ripped. People dump furniture etc by trash and they let it sit until some one complains. Didn’t sand or salt sidewalks or driveway after icestorm. They actually put small ice melt containers inside door and expect us to do it. I thought paying rent covered this????????? Think twice before checking into these apartments. Very disappointed in new management!!!!!!!

Kathy and Kelly were great but new management is terrible. They kept money from the deposit even though the place was spotless. They did a final walkthrough with me and said it looked great and was very clean. Then, they charged me for "cleaning" later. Ive never had money withheld from any of the apartments I've lived in. Also, the water was turned off almost monthly. Not enough parking. We had to walk all the way across the courtyard at night.

Our 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and provides ample storage with two large walk-in closets in the bedrooms, coat closet, small pantry, linen closet and lots of cabinets in kitchen/laundry area. The price is a good value for the area lower than comparable complexes. Maintenance responds quickly and get things taken care of in a timely manner. This is our third year here and have not had any issues. We back a wooded area and that makes it feel less like apartment living. We would and... have recommend this complex to friends and family.
