Exceeded Every Expectation This has honestly been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The place is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and any time I’ve needed something, management has handled it quickly without the usual runaround. I feel safe here, my neighbors are respectful. It actually feels like home, which is rare. Highly recommend.

As multi family houses go… The Villas at Falling Waters is top notch..one of the best! Staff and maintenance crew are amazing. They fix any issue promptly. Leasing staff have gone above and beyond. As I prepare to move into a new chapter of my life, there is a little sadness for leaving the villas. Anyone wanting a nice, quiet place to feel safe, the Villas at Falling Waters should be your destination.

Comfortable, quiet, responsive Been here 8 months now, just a little short of a year. Everything has worked together like a well oiled machine. The quietness is very peaceful. Management is efficient and prompt. All the services and amenities are in place making our stay a warm and lasting experience. Thanks for a great community.

Lack of snow removal!! Snow removal was not done over this last weekend (Jan 24-25) and when I ran into the manager and voiced my concern she told me there needs to be 1-2 inches before they do it (it was 1/2 to 3/4 inch in front of my apartment). The public sidewalks aroundd the complex when I left for work this morning and its wednesday. Finally saw someone putting salt down on the ice tuesday evening.
