Lack of snow removal!! Snow removal was not done over this last weekend (Jan 24-25) and when I ran into the manager and voiced my concern she told me there needs to be 1-2 inches before they do it (it was 1/2 to 3/4 inch in front of my apartment). The public sidewalks aroundd the complex when I left for work this morning and its wednesday. Finally saw someone putting salt down on the ice tuesday evening.

A place that actually feels like home.. I’ve had a positive experience living at The Villas at Falling Waters. The community is quiet, well kept, and feels safe. The team is approachable and professional. When something needs attention, it’s handled right away, and communication has been clear and respectful. Maintenance has met or exceeded my expectations.

Maintenance Team is a winner! Ethan & team are awesome. Most times they show up at my door before I get a notice from the system! They have always been efficient, careful of my belongings and able to fix the problem! They are very friendly on top! I feel very lucky to have the Maintenance team we do!
