Apartments themselves are fine but smoking is tolerated in the units, even though it is supposed to be non-smoking under new management. Also, nobody tells you during the touring process that smoking was allowed at one time and some residents are "grandfathered" in on old leases allowing them to still smoke inside. Therefore, if you're like me you can end up by a chain smoking neighbor and get to have their smoke creep into your home non-stop. Brother lived in one bedroom with his wife for 3 years, I took their apartment after they bought a house. Staff is helpful, nice area, haven't had any needs for maintenance although I'm sure if I did that it would be attended to reasonably quickly. As good of a value as you are going to find in West Omaha.

This complex is just what I was looking for. They have outside entrances, washer and dryer in units, just like living in your own home. The management is great and attends to your needs in a timely matter. Couldn't ask for any better.
