The 2 acre property has one other house and a camper, so property is shared by another renter and the property owner, but home, deck, and beach are private just for you.

Available November 1 for 6 month, year, or 1.5 year lease.
Must have credit over 650 and excellent current landlord and employer references.

Landlord pays wifi and water/sewer. Tenant pays electric, heat (propane unit that sips propane; fixed propane rate of $1.93/gallon).

Due to size of septic tank, this is best for single occupant.
