Totally unprofessional

Drove 5 1/2 hours with an appointment to look at an apartment after we turned down an offer to look at a model. We told Kevin, that we weren't interested in seeing a model and we waited a week for an appointment to see the actual apartment. When we arrived, Kevin told us that we could see the model. I was upset and shocked and left with disappointment and with very few words. I was in shock after a 5 1/2 hour drive to be told "sorry, I can't help you." I called back and and asked Kevin to… clarify this and he said that that's how they work. My wife emailed later to try and salvage the situation and was told that we should probably look elsewhere because of our bad attitude. I can't believe how unprofessional Kevin was! I would NEVER have anything to do with this horrible company!

Great Experience!

We lived here for a year, it was a compact apartment but the development is run very well. My kids loved the park and the pool. The site is always clean and very well take care of...
