the views are the best on the strip. I have a view of the Prudential, and the ocean. The fire pit in the courtyard is nice to have with friends coming over in the evening. The Uber ride for residents is also a great incentive to have.

Too far
Canceled shuttle to the T station during working hours — will be a rather long walk. Not worth the price for the distance if you go to Boston/anywhere often

Warning (I live here)
I live here and the previous reviews support the experience I’ve had since move in. Beautiful building, amazing location, but the units have a lot of issues and customer service/communication is very much lacking.

Terrible customer service and communication
I have been trying for close to month to get a hold of the on-site leasing team. I called, left online inquires, and had the off site team leave multiple messages. I am extremely disappointed in the complete lack of professionalism and unwillingness to respond. If the communication at the very beginning of the project is so poor I am sure it will be no better or worse when being an actual tenant. I wasted my time trying to live here and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Don't waste your time.
I was very interested in this building and in a time crunch over whether or not to re-sign my current lease. The website said 'now leasing' and to contact to schedule a tour. I filled out the form online, emailed and called several times. For a week and a half I was told by the offsite staff who answered the phone that they were sending urgent messages to the onsite staff, and that they weren't sure why I was not getting a call back. After a week and a half of trying, I finally got an email... response with no apology for the delay, and an 'invitation' to tour the following week. I responded right away with my availability and did not hear back for multiple days until I again reached out. I arrived for the tour to a construction zone, with no warning or instructions on how to enter the fencing in the active zone, and had to ask workers across the street on their lunch break because again no one answered the phone (despite the fact that when I did find the entry the manager was at her desk). I toured and was quoted a price on the unit I was interested in, which was the same as what was listed online; we discussed prices multiple times and I took notes. After the tour, I had follow up questions, which were again slow to get answers on from the community manager. In a final call where I was ready to rent the unit I wanted, against all red flags (in hopes that things were just disorganized because of the building not being fully open yet), I was told the price was now $300 more per month than I was originally told. This came as a huge surprise, as I only found out when confirming - I wasn't told, despite the manager knowing of the 'error'. I had a screenshot of the price from the website. The manager told me there were errors on the website even though this was also the price I was given in person. I was told they could not honor the price I was quoted and that quotes are only good for 24hrs - which a) I was not told would be a deadline and b) would have been impossible to follow through with given the lack of responsiveness. I gave this building entirely too much benefit of the doubt and I hope that you do not waste your time like I did.
