Alright Apartments

The apartments are average just like any other one on Revere Beach. Views are nice depending on if you get an ocean front. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors pretty much at all times during the day. Trash rooms seemed messy when I was visiting my friends and packages are all over the place in the lobby.

Amazing building

the views are the best on the strip. I have a view of the Prudential, and the ocean. The fire pit in the courtyard is nice to have with friends coming over in the evening. The Uber ride for residents is also a great incentive to have.

Too far

Canceled shuttle to the T station during working hours — will be a rather long walk. Not worth the price for the distance if you go to Boston/anywhere often

Warning (I live here)

I live here and the previous reviews support the experience I’ve had since move in. Beautiful building, amazing location, but the units have a lot of issues and customer service/communication is very much lacking.

Terrible customer service and communication

I have been trying for close to month to get a hold of the on-site leasing team. I called, left online inquires, and had the off site team leave multiple messages. I am extremely disappointed in the complete lack of professionalism and unwillingness to respond. If the communication at the very beginning of the project is so poor I am sure it will be no better or worse when being an actual tenant. I wasted my time trying to live here and would not recommend it to anyone else.
