Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of quiet hours, and a $250 fee for smoking inside the unit. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations.
