The modern kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, offering a coffee maker, granite countertops, and a large and stylish breakfast bar that seats six. The sunny open concept dining and living area includes a large dining table that seats six and comfortable furniture surrounding a beautiful wood-burning stone fireplace. Enjoy views of the Bretton Woods ski slopes from every window and access to the back deck for additional outdoor dining.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Parking is limited to two vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking available nearby. Additional trash pickups during your stay are available between 9 am and 5 pm at $10 per pickup. The pool and gym pass program is subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort.

The hot tub is out of service as of December 2024 and may not be available for January or February 2025 rentals. This home does not have AC, but fans are provided. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and noise levels should be kept low to avoid disturbing others. No parties are allowed without express authorization, and a $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. Trash or food should not be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee.
