This home does not have AC, but fans are provided. Pets are not allowed, and this house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. It is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 in the garage, with overflow parking available at the base of the ski area. No trash or food should be left outside due to the presence of wildlife, and a $100 fee may be imposed for violations. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. A $250 fee applies for smoking inside the unit. Check-in is any time after 4 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m., with unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to a $100 per hour fee.
