This retreat includes the main house with a king master suite, 4 additional bedrooms with a mix of queen, twin, and trundle beds, a game room with a pool table, foosball, and board games, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is also a sunroom, screened porch, balcony, deck, laundry room, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The guest house has 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a gas fireplace in the living room, a full kitchen and dining area, and a laundry room. Outside, enjoy the firepit, BBQ grill, screened gazebo, multiple decks, picnic tables, and private river access on 2 private acres.
One pet is allowed for a $75 pet fee, with any unauthorized or additional pets subject to a $150 pet fee. Early check-in and late check-out are available for $100 each, and an extra cleaning service mid-stay is available for $100. Extra snow plowing service is available for $60. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. There is zero tolerance for parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior. Local authorities may remove guests who violate this policy, and no refund will be given. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets due to the septic system. Any fines or violations issued by the city must be paid by guests.
