Exeter mill is really nice
Since a new management company bought the property they have been reinvesting in the property. In the last year they have added a beautiful common room, a dock (so residents can launch kayaks into the Swamscott River), and most recently a fire pit was added. Kerri is super friendly and provides onsite assistance to residents. There is underground parking and we have a gorgeous view of the river and the falls. Love this place.
