Eastgate Apartments

Jen, Lenny and David are the best!!! I’ve lived in a couple of apartments in New England and nothing compared to the quality and service here at Eastgate!!

We left to travel for a while. That being said, we were here for 3+\- years and had a wonderful experience. While the units are a bit dated, they were comfortable to live in. Our neighbors were friendly yet quiet. There are kids who will play outside and families that go for a walk but that didn’t bother us at all. The staff was great! They were friendly and prompt when an issue arose and communicated with plenty of time for any outside or indoor maintenance. We would definitely come back here!!

I moved here about 7 months ago and I love it! It's quiet, people are friendly and management is great to work with! I've never had any major issues in my apartment so I haven't had to deal with any maintenance. They keep the outside very clean and beautiful. I feel safe with my two little girls outside playing here. It's not too far from some places, right next to the highway but still feel like you're out of the city!

I love where I live. It's quiet, has a nice outdoor space for a bbq and table with an umbrella. It's a townhouse so I have the luxury of feeling like I have my own home without the responsibilities of taking care of the yard. The are right on top of maintenance issues and always do a great job with grounds keeping. The maintenance men are kind and hardworking and the office manager is very helpful and always wants to make sure your happy and comfortable!
