Halstead Countryside

Lived here for almost 2 years. The complex is huge spread out awesome amenities in and outside. I love the management. They’re easy-going great conversations every time I go down to pay my rent get my free coffee and fill up the coffee station. maintenance is amazing. they’re clean And efficient. Plenty of parking the residence are OK hard to make friends though because people move in and out of here so much you never know who is who at night there’s plenty of lighting. The apartments little... outdated hallway a little small and rugs need to be changed apartments are a little bit pricey but we are going into 2026 and well it’s expected but if you think about it with all the awesome amenities, you have a gym got a pool a dog park a dog grooming station Barbecue area basketball court tennis court area, which is all included in your rent as well as a conference room oh let me tell you the bathrooms in the clubhouse. I am really happy with my unit, I think it’s a really good size. The walls can feel thin at times if my neighbors are loud but that’s pretty standard across any other apartment buildings. The clubhouse is beautiful, and all of my neighbors are very friendly. I don’t go to the community events but it seems they put on some great activities for the residents here. When I have had maintenance requests, they meet them very timely. Having laundry in my unit is a huge plus, although the W/D is on the... smaller side. Moving from New Mexico to New Hampshire was a big change for my family, and finding housing right away wasn’t easy. From the very beginning, the staff here showed patience, understanding, and genuine care. They communicated clearly, worked with our situation, and guided us step by step until we secured our apartment. The apartment community itself has been... wonderful. It’s tucked away in a quiet, wooded area, which gives us a sense of peace and privacy. We love the natural surroundings, from morning walks to the calming view from our windows, it truly feels like we’re living close to nature.

It’s also a very family-friendly place. The neighbors are kind, the environment is welcoming, and it feels like a community rather than just a place to live.

I want to thank the crew for doing a great job at working hard, fixing things in apartments, it can be hectic, tenants moaning about wanting stuff done fast, I understand that they have alot of apartments to work on, bare with them, they are working hard and doing the best they can, again thank you to Steven , he is a great supervisor, he does a great job and also his crew as well

My Boyfriend and I have just signed our now 6th year lease. While having the city life conveniences, set in what feels like a suburban community. Beautiful nature views, quiet neighborhood, and very pet friendly. Neighbors still hold doors for one another and help each other out. While not being able to afford a house of our own, this has been an amazing environment for our little family!
