EXCEPTIONAL PLACE TO LIVE IN PORTSMOUTH NH

Grateful for this amazing apartment complex. The location, staff, building and amenities are extraordinary! We lived at Portwalk Place for 6 months and the experience exceeded our expectations!!! Such a well run and friendly community! Thank you Jack, Matt and Scott and all the staff at Portwalk!!!

I breathe a sigh of relief when I enter the building because it is restful. I know I am home. I have never lived in such a large building and was not sure what to expect but it is all good. I feel a sense of local community and even one of my doctors lives on the same floor as me. The building is beautiful and well regarded in the community. People are impressed that I live here. It is a highly desirable place to live in downtown Portsmouth. Everything is convenient from the parking to the... shopping. And many restaurants within an easy stroll without getting in your car. The staff is friendly, helpful and hard working. They are all smiles and very respectful. The apartments are fresh and clean and well maintained. Access to the building is secure from the street and even packages are delivered straight to my door. It'a great place to live and work!

We have lived here for 6 months and we even are happier than we expected. A few minor maintenance issues were handled within an hour of being reported. Jack, Matt, Scott, Steve and Vicki are all great!
