It's okay if you're willing to put up with it...

Pros: Quiet area, fairly well-maintained, decently sized apartment.

Cons: Expect rent increases Every. Year. If you have a cat, it's an extra 20 bucks a month. Maintenance is fine with small things like fixing a broken faucet, but anything too complex will stymie them. There are multiple required apartment inspections--during which strangers will enter your apartment, whether you are there or not---usually between 1 and 5 per year, mainly in the summer. Improvements to the property are few...
and far between. Grassy areas are getting worn out and taken over by crabgrass and dirt. Playgrounds are getting run down, and some of the equipment is borderline unsafe. There is NOTHING for older kids/teens to do (no basketball hoop, for example).

Great first family apartment

This apartment complex has so many amenities catered to families it's wonderful. Great living spaces all built within the last 10 years. Laundry in each building. Lots of storage space, including a walk in closet in the master. Playgrounds for the kids and open grassy areas to run around.
The best place to live!
