Nice location close to the beach
Well maintained property with an amazing view of deal lake. The complex is a mix of rentals and owned appartmemts. My apartment faces the lake which provides an unobstructed view of the sunrise over the beach each morning. Also, the complex is just 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Parking spots are available within the complex for an additional fee. Street parking is an issue in the summer and having the option to rent a spot is great.
