This condo is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and a washer and dryer on each floor (payable by app at $2/load). Complimentary coffee is provided, and guests have access to the fitness center.
One complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) are offered for an additional fee.
Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars available at all hours.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). Maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must be at least 22 years old (except students/interns) and provide a valid photo ID to complete the booking.
