Appealing and modern from the outside. Close proximity to the PATCO, and the leasing agent I worked with was nice. There isn’t too much going on in this area but it is connected to highways to get where you have to go. Pickleball courts are a plus. Unfortunately I have recurrent issues with bugs. The property does not properly clean shared areas such as hallways and never uses a carpet cleaner. There’s been a sticker in the same spot in my hall that’s been there for the past few months. The... amenities are not fully kept up with, and the trash area is pretty gross whenever I have to take it out. There’s a decent amount of unattended children that aren’t paying attention in the parking lot. For as long as I’ve lived here the clubhouse is reserved almost every weekend on short notice so don’t plan on using what your amenity fee pays for. My neighbors are quite loud and disturb me a lot. Since I’ve fully moved in, the apartment feels small, as a single person I had to get a storage unit I wasn’t planning on having. Walls are incredibly thin... it's driving me insane by how much noise I hear from every apartment attached to mine, plus the hallway and all the traffic, car horns, music and kids screaming at the top of their lungs outside! Bathroom lights are dim. Bedroom ceiling fan and lights randomly turn on and off (it's controlled by a remote *dumb idea*, probably catching someone else's unit...). Elevators break, are dirty and smell bad. Dumpster is constantly overflowing. The gym, single dumpster... and pool are not big enough for this size of community. Management seems to not take any complaints seriously, but will send constant general emails about non-issues which are becoming borderline harassment... as they don't take action regardless. - Constantly smells like marijuana. Every single day.
- Trash is everywhere
- Snow removal is terrible
- Horrible sound proofing. You will hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing.
- Roaches and bugs get in. I’ve never seen cockroaches until I lived here.
- Packages get stolen
- Car break ins and thefts due to proximity to train. Homeless walk by due to train.

Not a great community if you are a light sleeper. The walls and floors are thin and I can hear my neighbor above me constantly. I have had to resort to wearing ear plugs at night to drown out the sound from my upstairs neighbor. I would only recommend this place is you are a heavy sleeper and can get a top floor apartment. Also, there is only one trash disposal area, and depending on where you live in the complex, you could have a long walk to throw away trash. My husband and I will not renew our lease agreement next year, due to the following reasons:
1. Lack of closet space.
2. Small balcony. Barely, large enough for two people.
3. No linen closet to place bath towels, washcloths, and personal hygiene products.
4. Lack of utility storage to place your mop, bucket, detergent, and etc. We are using the water tank to place our items on.
5. Low grade of water fixtures and flooring.
6. Small Master bathroom.
7. 2nd bathroom has a non-standard tub size.... ..Small. Also, the installed curtain rod is too low for anyone 6 feet and above.
8. No soap dish in tub/shower in bathrooms.
9. Cheap window blinds. Very easy to bend. You probably can get them for $7.99. Walking the parking lot, I see some blinds are severely damaged.
10. The staffing team needs more experience. Incorrect name on welcome card, they assumed that we were looking/applying for low-income housing, and only left one gift instead of 2 gifts. The property manager did acknowledge the mistake. But she didn't do anything about it.
