This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. The building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center.
All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Removing smoke detectors is subject to a $500 penalty. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
