This condo combines the comforts of home with modern decor. The fully equipped kitchen and smart TV with streaming apps installed provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. Complimentary coffee and fitness center access are included.
Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation with parking codes. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately for a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds).
Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are just downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. With plenty of taxis and rideshare cars available, getting around is easy.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
