Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds) are allowed, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately.
