The condo offers great amenities such as direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer and dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center access, and one complimentary parking per reservation. The property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day.
