All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission and only one towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
