Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings, early check-in and late checkout when available. Additional fees apply for these services. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk and beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center.
All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs are allowed, dogs only. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm to 8am each day.
