Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Fitness center access and one complimentary parking spot are included per reservation. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately for a maximum of 2 dogs (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.

This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
