This hotel unit is suitable for two and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay alongside direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities include direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app.
One complimentary parking spot is included per reservation. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee.
The Showboat building boasts a prime position directly on the beach and boardwalk. Key attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are conveniently located just downstairs. Within the Showboat building itself, the newly established 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade offers a range of exciting options including arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other easily accessible or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available around the clock.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
