Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. There is a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds], with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
