This 1,500 sqft condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. The fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee ensure a comfortable experience.
Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Access to the fitness center and two complimentary parking spots per reservation are included. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately.
The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No outside guests are allowed without permission.
