This condo is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load.
Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation.
The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on stay length. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
