Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center.
This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee.
