Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Additional services, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for an additional fee.
The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Removing smoke detectors will result in a $500 penalty. No weapons or drugs are allowed. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). A maximum of two pets are allowed (40lbs combined, dogs only, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds), with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
