You will have full private access to the first-floor space. There may be guests in the unit above with their own separate access. Quiet hours are after 9pm and no more than 14 guests are allowed on the property, strictly enforced. A $50 replacement fee per lost key will be assessed and a $25 fine will be charged if the parking pass is not returned at checkout. For the comfort and safety of all guests, refrain from touching or unplugging any electrical devices, as a $300 fee will be applied for violations.
