I live in a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor which is near the main street. The apartment is decent sized but you can hear the bus, cars driving by, and people talking from the street. I picked the apartment because it included a dishwasher. It hasn't worked since I moved in and 2 months later the superintendent still hasn't fixed it.
When I moved I was promised a mailbox. One month passed by and I still didn't receive a mailbox, and the response I received back from the super was,... "put my name on a mailbox and if nobody takes it off, that's your mailbox".
