Much better options available

Inept management. Apartment has a nice refrigerator and the rest of the appliances are bargain basement. Plastic bathtubs. Nothing special whatsoever and extremely high rents. Building has gone down consistently over the years and people are fleeing in large numbers. So desperate for cash they have to rent to UConn. Not a luxury building.

Awesome experience

Moved here with my fiancé a little over a year and had a great experience so far. I enjoy the amenities (gym, pool, and outdoor lounges and grills) and any service request I had was resolved quickly. The community is very lively with many free events happening during the summer! Highly recommend living here!

Great Place to Live!

I have lived at Allure for over 2 years and have had a great experience so far. The management and maintenance team here are professional and very helpful. The views are fantastic and there is always plenty to do within the Harbor Point Community.
