I recently toured The Dylan in Bayonne, and I couldn’t be more excited about moving in within the next six weeks! Unlike the larger developments nearby, The Dylan is a beautifully renovated historic landmark built of concrete and steel, which gives it such a solid, timeless feel.

I love the boutique vibe with only 31 apartments, and it’s literally less than a minute’s walk to the Light Rail, making it super convenient for commuting to Jersey City and Manhattan. The apartments have a loft-like... style with 12-foot ceilings and huge windows that bring in tons of light.

Exceptional & proactive management to say the least! The gym is beautiful, has everything you need to get a sweat in. Game room features an elegant pool table & a top notch foosball table, love it. My favorite part has to be the rooftop with 2 grills & a gorgeous Bayonne sunset view! Another favorite is the exposed ductwork as a nice accent & the ginormous windows w/ natural light from all angles! The onsite community laundry room is a wonderful touch when you have bigger loads. Oh & there’s... also a bathroom next door while you wait for your laundry or when you’re working out. The kitchen finishes are stunning w/ its under cabinet built in lighting & the specks of a diamond like sparkle in the countertops. OH YEAH GAS STOVES! LOVE! From the finishing touches to the onsite parking garage & the homelike feel of only 31 apartments is a win for me. The icing on the cake is how we are within walking distance of El Aguila Dorada, Mezcal Kitchen, San Vitos, Pizza Master’s, Piccolino’s Italian Restaurant, Carvel, & much more.
