    Bad Management

    This would be a great place to live if it weren't for the completely useless office staff and property manager. They do absolutely nothing to enforce the lease. People can break practically every rule destroying the peace in their neighbor's homes and all your cries for help will be ignored regardless of how much evidence you provide. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else to rent.
